5. GOVERNING LAW & ABSOLUTE ARBITRATION MANDATE
This agreement, its interpretation, and any structural disputes or civil claims arising directly or indirectly out of the use of this digital platform shall be governed strictly by the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law metrics.
Any unresolved controversy, civil dispute, or legal claim originating from these Terms of Conditions shall be settled exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted before a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The physical seat of arbitration shall take place within the jurisdiction of the local courts of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You hereby waive all rights to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative legal proceeding against these enterprises or their parent organizations.
